Booking & payment

A 25% deposit is required to secure booking. (Non refundable).

Final balance is due 2 weeks prior to event. 

Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in booking cancellation.

By booking you agree with our T&Cs.  

 

Cancellations & rescheduling

In the event of cancellation the 25% deposit will not be returned. 

We will do our best to accommodate changes to timings and date, we ask for a minimum of 2 weeks notice. 

In the event of Force majeure (weather, emergencies, venue shutdowns) we again will do our best to accommodate, although the booking contract will still apply. ​

 

Performance details

Start/end time is as stated in the final details form. 

Musicians will break for 10 minutes of every hour. If the booking if for more than 4 hours food should be provided for the musicians, and an additional 15 minute break will be taken for this. 

Musicians will arrive 45-60 mins ahead of performance start time to set up and change. 

 

​Delays

The booking timings apply in case of delays, and in the event of delay overtime may be negotiated with the musicians. This must be paid in cash on the day. We reserve the right to decline any overtime. 

 

Music requests

Unlimited song choices may be made from our repertoire list. One custom choice (not from our list) can be made per customer.

We always do our best to find any custom requests, although we cannot guarantee this. 

Deadline for special requests is 3 weeks before the event.

 

Equipment & setup

We need access to water and an armless chair per musician. 

We cannot perform in extreme temperatures. Instruments cannot be in direct sunlight, rain, snow, wind or mist. There must be a solid shelter to protect from these elements, such as a Gazebo or large parasols. Please make arrangements for this with your venue. We reserve the right to refuse to play if this term is not met. ​

We take no responsibility for venue issues, guest behavior, or third-party failures

 

Recording & photos

Guests, and suppliers may film and photograph us. We do ask to be tagged & credited in any social media posts. 

We may also film and take photographs at events, unless specifically asked not to. These may be shared for promotional purposes.
